Introduce the training to the world of coffee, through specific techniques,using the 5 senses.

2. Target Audience

Producers, entrepreneurs and professionals interested in marketing coffees.

3. Programming
  • Introduction to the world of coffees;
  • Presentation to systems: COB and SCA;
  • Analysis of the intrinsic and extrinsic defects of coffee;
  • Physical and sensory classification of coffee;
  • Elaboration of reports and preparation of blends;
  • The coffee market: special x commodities and robust coffee x arabica.
